Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you need to return an item, please contact our team at support@kokoa.com.au to request a return label.

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event are also eligible for a refund.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Return Fees: Return postage is at the customer’s own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
