KOKOA GIVEAWAY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this giveaway is KOKOA AUSTRALIA ("Promoter"). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to residents of Australia only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
  • Employees of KOKOA and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

  • Entry opens on 16 September 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on 21 September 2025.
  • The winner will be announced on 22 September 2025 via KOKOA AUSTRALIA’s Instagram account (@kokoa.au).

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @kokoa.au on Instagram.
  2. Like & Save the giveaway post.
  3. Tag two friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

5. WINNER SELECTION

  • This is a Game of Chance. The winner will be randomly selected using an online random selection tool.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 24 hours of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

  • One (1) KOKOA Baby Bumper Bed valued at $799 AUD.
  • The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
  • If the advertised prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be provided.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian address within 28 days of winner confirmation.
  • The winner will not be responsible for any shipping costs.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Any incomplete, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • By entering, participants agree that their username and/or photos may be shared on KOKOA AUSTRALIA’s social media channels for promotional purposes.

  • KOKOA AUSTRALIA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of the prize or participation in the giveaway.
